Warmley Pre-School will Advertise and Recruit any position in the Pre-School by:
The Pre-School will decide upon an interview panel with a minimum of three Committee Members
The Job role will be described and number of people needed, also specifications for the Job i.e. NVQ 3 in Early Years and Childcare. We will prepare Application Forms and checklist of relevant questions.
The Pre-School will advertise widely:
When applications have been received a short list of candidates will be drawn up.
Letters and Maps will be sent to successful applications – giving date and time of interview.
The Committee Room will be booked for interviews. Questions will be prepared with committee members interviewing and all other staff will be informed of interviews.
Start date and salary will be discussed during interview, also probationary period.
Health and Police Forms will be made ready for successful applicant/s to complete.
All applicants will be given a date when they will hear by, of no longer than 2 weeks the successful applicant will be informed by phone and then by letter. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed by post.
We will apply for references for the successful applicant /s and also send off police and health check forms.
Unsuccessful applicants details will be kept on file for 6 months and then destroyed as confidential waste.
