Our topics for this term will be as follows; we would be grateful if you would encourage your son/daughter to look
around to see if they can find relevant items to bring into pre-school, please make sure they are clearly labelled with
your child’s name.

• Week commencing 16th – 20th January: Sight
• Week commencing 23rd – 27th January: Hearing - Chinese New Year
• Week commencing 30th – 3rd February: Touch
• Week commencing 6th – 10th February: Smell & Taste
• Half Term
• Week commencing 20th – 24th February: Where we Live

Committee Members

We have a Committee Meeting arranged for January, if you are not already a member and would like to take part in

the running of the pre-school then please come along and join us. We are always pleased to see a new face.

Bad Weather Closure

To look for information about the pre-school opening in bad weather then please go to the home page of our website,
where there will be a closure announcement (if necessary) in the orange box.

Christmas Raffle and Photo Sale

The sale of raffle tickets and photo’s of the children in the nativity costumes raised approx £200 thank you to
everyone.

Photographer

There will be a professional photographer coming into pre-school for you to have photographs taken of your children
in time for Easter. Please see notice board for exact date.

If you wish to receive a copy of the newsletter, then please go to our website and sign up. You are also able to read a
copy of the newsletter either in the Foyer or on our website.

Old Clothes

If you have any old clean towels that you no longer require then please bring them into pre-school where we can use
them as cleaning rags.
