Dear Parent & Carers

Lets hope we have some good weather for our Half Term - pre-school finishes on Friday 3rd April and returns on Monday 20th April 2009.

We would be grateful if you would encourage your son/daughter to look around to see if they can find relevant items to bring into pre-school, please please please make sure they are clearly labelled with your child's name.

Easter Raffle

Tickets are now on sale for the raffle at £1 per strip all proceeds to go to buying toys for the pre-school.

Wednesday Lunch Club

Lunch Club will start after the Easter Holidays - Wednesday 22nd April. Children attending will finish pre-school at 1.00 pm.This needs to be paid 6 six weeks in advance so please bring in your £15.00 before the end of term.

Sponsor Collect and Stick

This is our only big fund raise for the year - we would appreciate your support in helping your child to collect all the items on the form and encourage family and friends to sponsor them.

Arrival Time

Pre-School starts at 9.30a.m. to prepare your child for school and also to prevent other children being disrupted, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for your child to begin pre-school at 9.30.

Committee Meeting

The next committee meeting will be on Friday 24th April 2009 at 9.30 in the committee room at the community centre, if you are not already a member and you wish to become one (we are always please to see new parent/carers) please come and join us.

Outside Play Area

We are still waiting for the Planning Department to let us know if we need planning permission or not, we hope to get an answer in the very near future.

Bears

Choose a bear to take on holiday with you. They come complete with their own rucksack - games and storybook, also if you are going abroad they even have their own passport. If you wish to take one please see Sandra (£10 deposit will be required) this will be return upon safe return to pre-school.
