Timmy the Bear and Friends

This page is devoted to Timmy the Bear and his friends, The official mascots of Warmley Community Centre Pre-school.

How did Timmy get his name? All the children at the preschool were asked to suggest a name for our mascot. When all suggestions had been given, the most popular names were Daisy - Winnie - Spot and Timmy. The children were then asked to place a sticker on their favourite name on the list. The most popular by only one vote was Timmy.

Timmy likes to go on holiday with the children from the pre-school, he likes the all sorts of holidays from hot and sunny to cold and snowy, so if your child is going on holiday soon why not take timmy or one of his friends with you? To book timmy or one of his friends just ask Jenny to see if he has a space in their diaries.

Timmy has proved to be very popular and therefore he has called in his friends Tammy, Tommy & Tilly when he gets 'overbooked'.

Timmy & friends have travelled far and wide. From the Grand Pier at Weston Super Mare to the Muirshiel Country Park in Scotland. If you take Timmy or his friends on holiday please bring back some photos for their album.
